SoHarlem is celebrating 11 years in the Manhattanville Factory District at the Malt House. The Factory District has some of Harlem’s finest industrial buildings with a long history and many of the buildings have been restored into the architectural gems. SoHarlem’s collective of designers have created individual pop-shops which range from outerwear for every occasion, one-of-a-kind hand woven wonders from hats to coats; home decor for today’s lifestyle and more.
This street level incubation will help secure SoHarlem’s long-term goal of achieving sustainability, as its tests the idea of creating a permanent shop on the street level of the new, former, Taystee Building. Ideal for those who prefer to shop in person with people.
The collective is located at Malt House in the Manhattanville Factory District (Factory District) – 471 West 126 Street between Convent and Amsterdam Avenues. It will be open there from September 24 – December 22, 2022 -Thursday-Sunday
