agrees that HARLEM HERITAGE NOW (HHN) may use all photographs, images, voices, written and/or verbal statements (“Materials”) relating to and its personnel in HHN’s publications, videotaping, advertisements, brochures, websites, etc. (“Media”). HHN’s right to use the Materials includes the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish, republish, edit, alter, exhibit, transfer and/or distribute the Materials. understands that it will not have an opportunity to review, inspect or approve uses of the Materials or Media, and waives any right to do so.
