images, voices, written and/or verbal statements (“Materials”) relating to and its personnel in HHN’s
publications, videotaping, advertisements, brochures, websites, etc. (“Media”). HHN’s right to use the Materials includes the unrestricted right
and permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish, republish, edit, alter, exhibit, transfer and/or distribute the Materials.
understands that it will not have an opportunity to review, inspect or approve uses of the Materials or Media, and waives any right to do so.
HHN’s right to use the Materials is without any obligation to pay . hereby
releases HHN, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and every claim, demand, right, or cause of action of whatever kind or nature, either in
law or equity, arising from the use of my Materials.
