For the next three weekends, our Open Streets will be joined by Summer Streets — which are making their way to East Harlem for the first time!

Summer Streets is an annual car-free event that runs along Park Avenue, from the Brooklyn Bridge to now East 109th Street. On Saturdays, August 6, 13 and 20, Park Avenue will be car-free and open for walking, rolling and biking from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Click here for the schedule of activities along the way.

Once you’ve finished exploring, head over to our Open Streets at East Harlem’s Restaurant Row (Lexington & 100th/101st) and La Marqueta (115th, under the Park Avenue Viaduct tracks).
