Shana returns to HYS for magical evening of guided meditation healing, vibrations, and intention setting. Healing vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes will create an ocean of healing sounds where you can release, relax, and renew your body and mind. The evening will include an intention setting ritual by creating a small bundle of dried herbs and resin wrapped in brown paper. There will be time to write out intentions or anything you wish to release maybe a bit both to place inside. The bundles are taken home it can be released or burned when the time is right for you.
