The Schomburg Center is having conversation around one of the hottest New York City paperback releases of the summer! Two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Colson Whitehead will discuss Harlem Shuffle: A Novel with Rhonda Evans, assistant chief librarian of the Center’s Jean Blackwell Hutson Research and Reference Division. This literary love letter to Harlem is a family saga, gripping crime novel, and a hilarious morality play about race and power.
